Also able to proactively track installation schedule and resource requirements and adjust installation plans to account for site conditions or other factors impacting plans. Lead Installer responsible for successful project delivery and oversight of 1 or more techs during installation of all types of Audio Visual equipment per tech positions. Able to build systems based on signal flow and architectural drawings and make decisions in the field. Also able to proactively track installation schedule and resource requirements and adjust installation plans to account for site conditions or other factors impacting plans. In addition Commissioning Leads must also be able to configure, commission and troubleshoot the solutions with some light programming of certain products like DSP’s and simple control systems.
