State and local authorities made announcements yesterday affecting the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, and the State of California, as multiple government agencies move to respond to concerns around the Coronavirus. We are hearing that other states have followed similar protocols. After reviewing the documents disseminated for California, by each of the jurisdictions, we’ve determined that our operations are exempt from the restrictions, as they fall into the categories that support Essential Business and Essential Infrastructure. We are currently still in operation in support of our employees and our customers as we all strive to get through this situation together.
All of our partners that are working from home at this time have continued to make quote requests, advance schedule projects, book essential work now and discuss existing projects. We have remote design, commissioning, and programming taking place and are continuing to administrate the company. MediaCentric is still up and running and will be ready for when this unprecedented event subsides whether quickly or gradually.
Please reach out to our team through all of our normal channels with any quote requests, scheduling, questions or concerns as we move through this trying time. MediaCentric™ was tasked with simplifying our systems, while providing a quality projected image across two walls in Martin Bros CAVE (Computer Automated Virtual Environment). From customer service, to the knowledgeable advice, MediaCentric™ exceeded all expectations. Providing a clear and crisp image that stretches across a 20-foot wall, was no small task, but MediaCentric™ rose to the occasion. MediaCentric™ was essential in the upgrading of our CAVE and we are abundantly thankful for their amazing service.
David and his staff at MediaCentric™ are incredible, they were very instrumental in stabilizing our AV environment. We could not have done it without them! Great job and keep up the excellent service you are providing!
David Lopez is a superstar in the AV business. He is a consummate professional, whose goal is to always please the client.I cannot count of all of the times he went the extra mile for me, or my customers, and saved the day. Dave will work as long as needed and understand them meaning of work through to completion. He is more than a subcontractor for SPS (formerly Providea)–he is a true partner who cares about the end result and keeping our reputation (as well as his) at a consistently high level.
The Kern Community College District has 3 colleges located in Bakersfield, Porterville and Ridgecrest, California. The colleges have remote sites in Delano, Kern River Valley, Bishop and Mammoth overall spanning some 25,000 square miles. The installation of our interactive classrooms and administrative videoconferencing systems at all of our locations was no small feat! MediaCentric™ Integration took the time to learn our facilities. They work with us to understand our goals which provides us with the best outcome. I have trusted their input on projects for many years and look to them as a valuable resource that we can call anytime. It’s not often that you find a company that’s willing to go above and beyond to meet and very often exceed the expectations of the customer!
