The MediaCentric team was absolutely outstanding on this project. Daily communication from the field was bar none. The attention to detail was the most impressive part of the process. This team left a clean work space each day and has the technical experience to overcome challenging installation issues. Our Field Engineer, who has over 20 years of AV experience, was very impressed with the clean work, organization, and positive attitude of the MediaCentric team. I will certainly be using MediaCentric again.

I was the foreman on-site and I would like to add I was very impressed with the MediaCentric tech. Some of the other subs I have dealt with are nowhere as impressive as your tech has been for us.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the lead & his help out here on the job. For the past couple of weeks he has been on top of his task. He has great communication as well as a great work ethic.
Very clean installation & pays attention to detail. Today before he left the site, he returned & wiped down all displays to make sure they were presentable his last day.
That is something that makes a lead technician stand out in my book, paying attention to the small detail is always a great thing.

Thank you so much for coming to our site. The MediaCentric™ Lead and his team really did a phenomenal job.
I was very happy with him because he was sending regular daily reports that included all of the information that I needed. He managed things very well on site and followed all the requests that I sent him prior to starting (and I sent a LOT of information). I like techs to call me when they have a problem AND a solution and that’s what he did. I only heard from him if he really had a problem and I appreciate that. It makes things a lot easier for me and a lot less stressful.
The client was also very happy with the quality of the install. It was very clean and cable management was on point. There were no issues with the install and that made him very happy! It was the smallest punch list I’ve seen in a while.
We also worked with another Lead on another team for a project and they did a great job on that one as well. No install issues and it looked like a very clean install. We had some construction challenges with that one but the team handled it very well.

The lead was professional throughout the whole process, his temperament was even keel and he showed he was more than capable of doing a clean install.
If the opportunity ever comes up in the future, we would love to have him back on another job.
