Exciting News: We’re Moving & Expanding! 🚚

Moving Locations & Expanding Services!

 

MediaCentric’s corporate office in Southern California is relocating! We are excited that this move presents a fantastic opportunity to expand our logistics services in SoCal.

Our new facility will include a spacious warehouse with 20 times the project warehousing capacity! This will allow us to expand our kitting/staging, rack fabrication, equipment inspection, larger capacity, and last-mile delivery for projects. We expect to be ready to receive shipments at our new location by March 1, 2024.

About 10,000 sq. ft. of warehousing space conveniently located near the I-110, CA-91, and I-405 freeways for easy access to our facility.
Delivery vehicles with lift gate capabilities can handle most delivery conditions.
Expedient and professional receipt and inventorying of equipment deliveries made possible with high-capacity forklift and pallet jacks operated by certified operators.
Plenty of space for over 400 pallets, oversized displays, video walls, racks, or large bulk items. We have the infrastructure to expertly manage your project inventory.

Visual inspection of boxes, pallets, or crates for any damage is a standard part of our process. Any damage is noted with picture evidence and communicated to you.

Let us help you reduce costs and save time onsite by organizing all equipment and creating complete room kits that can include Cabling, Hardware, Installation Consumables

Build any size or type of rack for your projects based on elevations and signal flow drawings. Better than industry-standard cable management, power, and signal separation, distribution, and labeling.

Firmware Updates

Firmware Updates

As an option, we can update firmware on any devices that have software-based firmware revisions. This can be completed in bulk for field devices as well as rack-based devices. Most devices that are installed in AV solutions have some level of firmware that requires updates.
Doing it in bulk at our facility is far more efficient than on a 1 to 1 basis in the field by the field commissioner or programmer.
Allow your senior commissioning and programming resources to focus on the final details of the room functionality and specifications.

With early planning for programming from our team or yours, we can test racks and field devices to ensure all devices are configured and functioning according to the design.

Project Delivery

Equipment whether pre-staged or standalone, small or large will be delivered to your project location according to the coordinated schedule.
With several local e-waste facilities to choose from, we will ensure that deinstalled equipment will be taken care of properly and with certification paperwork if needed.
We also have options to donate old equipment to programs that would avoid a landfill and provide a 2nd life to perfectly functioning equipment.

Celebrating MediaCentric’s FIRST Employee’s 20 Year Anniversary!

At MediaCentric we have been honored to work with the best of the best over the years. Hands down we KNOW that Greg Jaubin is truly one of the best in his field. This month we celebrate the completion of his 20th year with MediaCentric. We wanted to share with you some of what has made him an integral part of the culture here and how he has helped make MediaCentric a better company!

Circa 2006, programming/commissioning in a hotel room at night while working on-site during the day.

Fast forward years later, Greg is pivotal to our White Label Help Desk, engineering, CAD, technical support, commissioning, and programming. MediaCentric started as a one-man band from 2000 until Greg joined in November of 2001 officially as the first employee.
